Ingredients
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 1 Cup Green Bell Pepper – diced
- 1 Cup Medium White Onion – diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves – minced
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbs Mustard
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire
- 1 Tbs Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbs White Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
Directions
- Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Break up the ground beef while it browns. Drain the fat.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer the sloppy joe mixture on low heat for 30 to 45 minutes to thicken.
- Serve on your choice of bread or lettuce wrap.
