Ingredients

  • Hot Dog Buns
  • Hot Dogs
  • BBQ Sauce (your favorite brand)
  • Coleslaw

Directions

  1. Cook your hot dogs by your preferred method and doneness.
  2. Place your favorite bbq sauce on your hot dog.
  3. Top with your favorite coleslaw or try our recipe!
  4. Enjoy!

“Hot-Ketchup” BBQ Sauce, Kid Creation

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Ketchup (No fructose)
  • 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1/3 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Molasses
  • 2 Tsp Cayenne
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well with a whisk.
  2. Place the mix in a jar, bottle, or whatever you have to store the sauce.
  3. Best to prepare at least 1 day in advance of use to maximize the flavors.

Ingredients

Homemade Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Cabbage
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 Cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbs White Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Celery Seed
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp Onion Powder

Directions

  1. Remove the core and outer leaf of the cabbage. Cut into one inch by one inch squares.
  2. Peel and chop the carrot into large pieces.
  3. Place the cabbage and the carrot in a food processor and pulse to chop. Do this in multiple batches in order to avoid crowding the food processor.
  4. Place the chopped cabbage and carrot into a large bowl.
  5. In a separate bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  6. Pour the wet mixture over the cabbage and carrots. Mix well and let it sit at least a couple hours in the refrigerator.
  7. Serve with your favorite bbq, fried chicken, or by itself! Enjoy!

Carolina Vinegar BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbs Ketchup
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Cayenne
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Mustard

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small pot on the stove.
  2. Over medium-high heat, whisk together and bring to a boil to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Once it boils remove from the heat and cover to bring to room temperature.
  4. Place the Carolina Vinegar in your choice of container and enjoy! Great with pulled pork.

Simple Honey Old Bay Wings, Bring a Taste of Maryland to The Party

Ingredients

  • 1 Dozen Chicken Wings
  • 1 Tbs Honey
  • 2 Tbs Old Bay Seasoning (Adjustable based on love of Old Bay)

Directions

  1. Remove the wings from their package and pat them dry. Allow them to sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour to dry out more if possible.
  2. Pre-heat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  3. Spray cooking spray on your basket and place the wings in the basket. Spray the top of the wings with cooking spray. Add a sprinkle/pinch of Old Bay over top of the wings.
  4. Cook the wings at 380 degrees for 25-28 minutes, depending on how crispy you want your wings. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking process.
  5. Place the cooked wings in a large bowl and drizzle with honey. Toss/Mix the wings and the honey in the bowl.
  6. Add the Old Bay, you can always add more than suggested if you are an Old Bay addict. Toss/Mix the wings again in the same bowl. Place them in the serving vessel of your choice. Although these wings are just fine by themselves, feel free to serve with a sauce of your choice.

Delicious Alabama White Sauce Air Fryer Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 Dozen Chicken Wings

  • 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt, Garlic Powder, Ground Mustard, Sugar
  • 1/8 Tsp Cayenne, Paprika

Directions

Alabama White Sauce

  1. Combine all of the ingredients (not the chicken) well in a container. Place the sauce in the refrigerator while you cook the wings. For the best results, allow the sauce to set for at least 1 hour.

Kalbi (Korean Short Ribs) and Marinade

Ingredients – Beef

  • 2-4 Lbs Short ribs (LA Style shown below)

Ingredients – Marinade

  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Can Lemon Lime Soda (Sprite, Chilsung Cider, etc.)
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Onion – quartered
  • 1 Asian Pear – peeled and cut into pieces (substitute small jar of pineapple pieces)
  • 1 Kiwi – peeled cut in half
  • 2 Tbs Ginger – chopped
  • 1 Tbs Korean Red Pepper Flakes (substitute red pepper flakes)
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil

Directions

  1. Rinse your short ribs in the sink to remove any loose bone fragments from the butcher.
  2. Place into a container to marinade.
  3. Combine all of the marinade ingredients into a blender and blend on high up to 1 minute.
  4. Pour the marinade mixture over the short ribs and mix well. Cover and marinade for at least 6 hours and up to 24 hours.
  5. Grill the short ribs on a very hot heat source, at least 450 degrees.
  6. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side for great caramelization.
  7. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite side dishes.

Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup Vinegar (Apple Cider or White)
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 2 Tbs Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbs Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbs Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Ground Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne
  • 1 Tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients is a small sauce pan.
  2. Warm the sauce pan while whisking everything together.
  3. Jar the sauce and serve with your favorite bbq.
