Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Key Lime juice
- 1/2 Cup Sour cream
- 3 Cups Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Lime – zest
- 1 Lime – halved and sliced
- Whip cream
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees (F).
- Combine the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, sour cream, and all but 1/2 Tsp of the lime zest in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into 9 or 10 inch graham cracker crust pie and place it onto a baking pan.
- Bake in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes until bubbles are on the top of the pie.
- Rest the pie on a wire rack to cool, then place it in the refrigerator to chill completely for around 90 minutes.
- Top with the remaining 1/2 Tsp of lime zest, sliced limes, and whipped cream, if desired.
