Flatten out the cream cheese evenly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Add a thin layer of <a href=\"https:\/\/thesavouryneighbor.com\/?tag=pizza-sauce\" data-type=\"post_tag\" data-id=\"48\">pizza sauce<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/thesavouryneighbor.com\/?tag=marinara\" data-type=\"post_tag\" data-id=\"44\">marinara<\/a> and cover with a layer of pepperoni.
